Returns and Refund Policy

  • Return from buyer within 14 days is accepted if wrong wig is sent and if there is fault.
  • For returns to be accepted and refund granted , the wig must not be used in anyway (lace cut off, colour changed, washed, combed or any changes made).
  • It must be in the original condition and packaging in which the buyer received it.
  • No refunds for change of mind.

Shipping

  • When an order is received and payment confirmed, the order is sent out for delivery same day.
  • Orders are shipped with Australia post, $10 applies to all nationwide shipping.
  • Same day or next day express shipping for Adelaide residents.
  • 1-3 days express delivery for interstate residents.
  • Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
